Hi there, I am hoping somebody would be able to help me.
I am currently using a HP Omen 17 laptop which has always been a bit slow since I purchased but now I am having an issue with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 driver. I don't think have been any updates that would have changed this but I am now unable to use my second screen via HDMI and I believe this is what is causing the issue.
I have tried numerous updates, uninstalls etc to update the driver but I am still receiving the following error: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
I am not too sure if this is a hardware issue and how I would be able to figure this out?
There is also an additional graphics card installed which I am happy to use (Intel(R) HD Graphics 630) but I am not sure how I would set this as my default? Also would this allow me to use my second screen again? I have a gaming PC now so not too worried about the NVIDIA graphics card as I just need to be able to work from home.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
