HELLO, MY HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx SWITCHES TO BATTERY MODE WHILE THE POWER ADAPTER IS CONNECTED TO AC POWER. PLEASE ANY HELP ON HOW TO FIX THIS?

 

ALSO THE BATTERY CANNOT CHARGE FULLY NOW. PLEASE ANY SOLUTIONS?

Hello,

When you boot the system, press F10 several times

BIOS menu will open

Look for "Battery Care Function " in the tab "System Configuration" and check it is set to 100 %
