I wish there was an "**bleep**" button I could press for giving a completley **bleep**ty reply. The problem is the Omen key where the Home key should have been. The solution is not to find a workaround. Contact the idiots who made this design decision affecting millions of customers! Sent out a software update to fix this problem!

Dear Sandy tech, this is as polite as the conversation is going to get.

Firstly, why send a private message for a solution which affects many? Secondly, you haven't sent any solution whatsoever in the private message.

 

How do I get the Home button back on this computer? Why is it missing??
