HP - 15-ce198wm Ram Upgradable?

Hello. 

Heres my question, is it possible to replace my current RAM to up to 32 GB? I looked everywhere and I don't have a clue if it is stuck at 16 GB or the Maximum is 32 GB. I done a Operating System Diagnostic and it looked like I can have a maximum of 32 GB of ram. I ask support and read the specs page of the product. I still don't have a clue so is it possible to upgrade to 32 GB of ram?

OMEN by HP - 15-ce198wm has 16 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB).

The maximum RAM supported and tested with this computer is 16 GB.

HP only tested those units to up to 16 GB as HP isnt going to sell that series with more than 16GB.

Thus the HP employees can only advise on what the manual says.

But the chipset will absolulely take 32. You can find 32GB sets from Crucial Memory for that exact model...
