I have an HP 15-dk1035nr laptop that started doing some weird behavior. The laptop stopped charging the battery and only charges now when I'm not using the laptop. The laptop needs to be shut off or it won't charge the battery. I've tried replacing the power pack with another 135w Smart Pack and I've had the battery replaced. I've also uninstalled the ACPI drivers (Windows 10) as many have suggested. The UEFI diagnostics says the power packs are both bad, but one is brand new. Even in UEFI it refuses to charge. Has anyone ever seen this?
