Hi all,

 

I got "CMOS Reset(502) The CMOS checksum in invalid" error during boot and the laptop shutdown itself.

So I am trying to update/install bios through USB. while doing it is writing the image fine but during bios verification the laptop shuts down automatically.

 

anything am I missing here?

 

Please help me with this, thanks.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.

(1) Shutdown notebook

(2) Disconnect charger

(3) Press and hold power button for 30 seconds

(4) Connect charger

(5) Repeat flash procedure using usb flash drive

(6) Please report your results
