HP Case ID [edited]– Complaint Against Forced Case Closure Without Resolution

I’m writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my ongoing unresolved issue (Case ID: [edited]) with my Victus by HP 15-fa1000 laptop.

Despite my active onsite warranty, and after providing all diagnostic tests, screenshots, and fan noise video, HP support closed my case without arranging a technician visit or offering any resolution.

I had escalated this matter via email to [edited] on 7th July. However, I have received no response or acknowledgment even after 48+ hours.
