Dear Sir/Mdm,

I have been trying to submit a dispute over my warranty. I filled out the dispute form, but every time I try to submit the form, it always bring me to the page that tells me that the support site is unavailable, I don't know what's going on here, but I think there must be a huge internal error on your site.

Try using a different browser to submit the form  - For example, try Microsoft Edge.

NOTES

In general, Warranty date is updated after purchase and registration of the device.

If the device is not registered, or if there are other issues, submit a Warranty Dispute form.

 

 

Warranty Dispute

 

The original warranty date is set at manufacturing and perhaps by the merchant who sells the device to the consumer.

 

If the warranty details of your product are incorrect, submit a dispute through the HP warranty validation website.

I see that there is a warranty dispute for your Laptop and you are not able to update it.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to get the warranty updated and let me know if that fixes the issue.
