Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-k0000 (594J5AV)

Hi,

I cannot get Undervolting to show up in my Omen Gaming Hub. I disabled the Windows Core isolation features, I installed sp143720 yet the option is still missing!

Is there anything I am not getting right or missing? Thanks

There is new OMEN Software and SDK package on line, please follow steps below to update/install:

  1. Go to Microsoft Store to update your all OMEN Software, including “OMEN Gaming Hub”, “OMEN Light Studio” or “OMEN Oasis” to the latest.
  2. Execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates (especially to install "Realtek - Net - xx.xx.xxx.xxxx"), then restart.
  3. Launch “HP Support Assistant”, check for updates for the “OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package”. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the app.
  4. In OMEN Gaming Hub, click Update if update message shown in each feature page.
  5. New SDK is uploaded. Please install this package: https://s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/hpcps.support.doc/OMEN/SDK/OMEN_Gaming_Hub_SDK.exe , then restart.

1. Everything is up-to-date, running Gaming Hub 1101.2303.3.0
2. Checked for updates and optional updates (none available)
3. Installed sp145613 bios update F.20

4. No message to update

5. Installed SDK

Still no undervolt option
