Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf0000 (755F8AV)

Hello,

I purchased HP Gaming Laptop 16-wf0030nt. The device turns off automatically while playing. It turns back on after a few seconds. Game sounds are heard, but the screen and keyboard do not work. Meanwhile, I can view images with an external monitor and use an external keyboard. The device recovers in 15-20 minutes, sometimes longer. I tried formatting the computer and changing the thermal paste, thinking it would be due to overheating, but the same problem persists. From what I've read on the forums, there are others having the same problem.
