I used the HP support assistent to download my drivers  and everything worked for a day. After a reboot i get the error code 43 on the graphics card in device manager. I uninstalled the driver and installed it again with hp support assistent, then I manually tried all driver version from  https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-gaming-15-cx0000-laptop-pc/20284020/mod... , I also tried downloading it from nvidia's site, I also tried using DDU before installing the driver but nothing worked. 

I updated the BIOS as well.

I reinstalled windows and made sure thet i have the latest updates and tried everything again but still nothing.

If you reinstalled Windows and did not install anything other than Windows update, but the issue remains, I would contact HP Support directly for a warranty issue.
