Hello all. So my problem is when I try to enable all cores to boot from "msconfig" windows crashes and could not repair itself. I have to use a restore point in order to get it going. Any idea why this happens?
Update: Windows does not repair itself even with a restore point. So i guess I will just reinstall.

Default is that option being off with a "1" usually greyed out. This enables the system to auto detect. Leave it as default. Allow the system control this.
