Hello HP Community!, I hope you guys are doing alright; as the title says I have a problem with HP OMEN 15 (2021) AMD R7 5800H, RTX 3060, QHD-165HZ; sometimes, like one to two times per month, the screen would show a weird glitch (check the image below), that sometimes leaves markes on the screen, and it happens only when the laptop is idling, I read on other forums that the problem is caused by the AMD Driver, which should be updated; however, I don't wanna try anything unless it's suggested by the support and the community. I really hope that someone would answer my question because the glitch scares me when it happens 😞

Hi @Treeko Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I think updating the BIOS won't work because it's already updated to the latest version, and the issue keeps happening regardless.
