Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)

So, I'm currently rocking an HP Omen 15. Great laptop. However, a few days ago I noticed that when I plug in the provided charger (200W), the PC charges extremely slow (1% every 10 minutes) and is so laggy that I can't even work on it. The second I unplug the charger, the laptop is very fast again and runs as it should. Anyone have any idea what I can do to resolve this? I've already resetted the PC to factory defaults and went back to Win10, however with no change at all.
