Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Everytime i open my laptop, the bottom of the screen gets stuck (caught against the bottom part) and it causes the screen to pop and the hinges to click.

I've seen this problem several times on the forum, each time handled by the HP team, but i have no clue what to do.

 

I'm not on the warranty anymore.
