HP OMEN — 15-ce037ur, swollen battery

Hello.

On my laptop HP OMEN — 15-ce037ur, swollen battery. Laptop purchased less than 2 years ago in Citilink (Russia).

The warranty on the laptop is already over, I checked the serial number.

But are HP batteries so short-lived that they can not withstand two years of operation? 

Battery from 2017/07.
