Hello,

Yesterday evening I bought this laptop, and after all the software actualization (Windows and Hp Assistance) I am not able to change/manager the colors led of the keyboard.

Can you please support.

Not all of the various models in the 15-dc0000 series have rgb lighting.

Yours is one of those that does not. It only has whats called a 2 zone lighting keyboard.

Its only going to be red lighting. Thats why the option does not show in the Omen Command Center.
