Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

My HP OMEN 15-dc0051nr laptop has a swollen battery and I can see a slight bulge near the mouse pad. According to  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05640567 , I should replace the battery. What are my battery replacement options?

HP no longer sells the battery for your laptop.  Therefore, you will have to go to a third party seller.  Here is the battery at Battery Depot:  https://www.battdepot.com/us/search/opn/HP/917724-855.aspx?msclkid=30b51a7ce1fe1f9c95604494fc19c12b

 

I am not familiar with this seller.  I suggest that you do some research before buying from them.  If you decide not to use them, you can do a search for another seller.
