The specs of your machine is

It is very similar to my machine which is an HP Omen 15-dc0071tx. Two things you can't upgrade: CPU and GPU. You probably do not need to upgrade storage. Only one thing you may want to upgrade now: RAM.
My machine has 32GB of RAM, if you wish, you can use
Note: I don't play games, I ONLY use my machine for editing photos/videos of my grandchildren once or twice a month. It is not great but acceptable for Adobe products.
