Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have bought a new SSD to add on as a secondary drive, however the left m.2 slot is not detecting it.

I ran all updates that windows would allow me to do including the BIOS, but it is still not being seen in BIOS.

I tested the new SSD on the right m.2 slot and it can be seen by BIOS and passes the disk check.

I tested the SSD that came with the laptop and it is not detected on the left slot either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
