Hi, I have got a hp omen Ryzen edition with a 1660ti and 16 GB of ram and I've been using it just for a couple of months (almost three months), and one day, it starts to update its bios (before that, it was under a stress test and I was using ADOBE CC.) in the time of update, it suddenly turned off and now nothing happens when I plug in the charger or press the start button. I checked out both the battery and the charger and they both have the correct voltage and were working properly. 

I am a student and I really got confused with this issue. It ends up only 3 months. (actually, I go with this laptop beyond the other models because I thought this model will last longer for me than others and the build quality is better.)

can you please help me to solve my problem because in the online classes, I can't use it and I have a big problem now. 

how can I turn on my laptop again and charge it? thanks.
