Hello,

I bought my laptop 1 month ago, and I am experiencing very poor battery life when unplugged. By very poor meaning its maximum 2hours for browsing by having the display dimmed to 1/3 of the maximum. I dont do heavy tasks or gaming while unplugged only regular browsing.

According to HP Support Assistant the battery is in OK condition and everything is updated.

It has  6-cell, 69 Wh Li-ion polymer battery and it may need 200W to run. You can work out how long the battery will last between charge.

so its normal to draing in less than 2 horus? in the specs it says 3-4 browsing.
