Hello, I have such a problem, I bought the AORUS GTX 1070 Gaming Box and I have a HP OMEN laptop - 17-an017ur, it has a Thunderbolt 3 / USB-C port. When I connect AORUS to a laptop, the system issues such a message "Thunderboil device functionality may be limited." I tried everything and the drivers are different but no result. Attached a couple of screenshots, I have a great suspicion that the problem with the cable, tell me what to do, how to be?

The problem is that the specification information tells me that this model does not have a Thunderbolt 3 port but rather just a USB 3.1 port.
The icons are clearly different. Try checking your device's USB-C port and see whether the icon is actually a lightning bolt as seen on the bottom picture.
