HP OMEN 17
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone.

My Omen 17 laptop just stop working while I was using it. No warning, no nothing. Just went black. It might be overheating. I don't really know, because it is not that hot on the outside.

I've turn it off, took of the battery, and I've already tried the 15 seconds energy reset thing. And the windows key + B key. Neither have worked.

Is this a common thing that happens to OMEN laptops? I had mine for 4 or 5 years, and it never happened before. And I have used it to exaustion and it never gave me problems, now my sister has that laptop, and she was webviewing while listening to youtube and it just went dark and does not turn on anymore.

Any help would be awesome.

Thanks
