My computer's Ethernet port clip has snapped, not the hinge, but the plastic itself has broken. This is the part that bends down to clip the Ethernet cable into the computer. If I hold the cable in the Ethernet port my computer still receives data through it. Let me know if you need any more specifics that i haven't thought of.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

You didnt mention what model you have. The Product number works best for us.
Is this the 15-dc0XXX series? If so, I don't think you are going to find a replacement part for that according to the parts list.
Are you still under warranty?

my model is OMEN 15 dc-0133tx, and yes it's still under warranty. but I don't know what's the name of this broken part
I have visited the service center in my city, but they doubt whether it is included in the warranty or not. and they said if I had to change the bottom cover too. even though the broken part is a separate part from the bottom cover.
