OMEN by HP 15-dc0085tx
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

After a windows update, I am not able to access the omen command centre settings. Earlier I used to have: System performance, Lighting, performance enhancement and now all I get is the game stream. The omen button is also not working. What should i do to get the setting back to the way they were. The Command centre is also updated to the latest version but that does not make any difference

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I recommend you uninstall Omen command center and then download and install it from the below link and check.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp93001-93500/sp93236.exe

If you continue facing the issue, then download and install HP system event utility from the below link and test.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88257.exe

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
