Hi
I just got an HP 15 last August 22 and the Omen Control does not change the board lights. The first thing I did is tu update Windows 8 to Windows 10. Operative system is in spanish
Omen control to change light is not working.
Can sombody help me to make it work? I will appreciate amny help

As per previous posts:
Everyone has has this problem and the easy fix has been posted in these forums.
The key trick is to update the HP System Event Utility:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71716.exe
There are many other updates made spesificly for Windows 10.
Always a safe bet to have those installed too.
