Hello,
My HP OMEN control stopped working correctly after one of my fans went out. I ordered new set of my fans thinking that will solve the issue but it didn't. In my HP OMEN control my led lights for the keyboard aren't changing to the color i am setting it to and when i try and change the speed of the fan to normal-faster-maximum it wouldn't react to what i click on. So i have no idea what is the issue, why is my HP OMEN control isn't working. I will be glad if someone could help me out.
HP OMEN Notebook - 15-5268nr (ENERGY STAR)
Serial number: [edit]
Product Number: J9K31UA
Windows 10 64-bit
Also another issue is that i can't even open the program as i'm using the laptop. The only way i can open it is as soon as i turn my laptop on and click on it, it will open. But anytime after that it won't even open. Please help me!
I have issue with HP OMEN Control not Omen Command Center

Thank you for choosing the HP Support Forums, a community energized by solutions, as we are eager to help resolve your concerns,
I am @Riddle_Decipher and I'm at your service (Like a Genie, however, without magic powers) 😉
Have you attempted to reinstall the HP Omen Control?
While you respond to that, here's what you need to do: Click here to download and install the Softpaq to resolve the below issues:
- When choosing LED color and selecting Apply, the color does not change.
- The LED lights do not work correctly with the hotkeys.
The same should also resolve the issues you've mentioned, so please install the same and keep me posted.
As I (Or a trusted colleague) shall follow-up on this case to ensure the concern has been addressed,
And your device is up and running again, only in case you don't get back to us, first!
That said, If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
That'll help us, and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.
