Hi,
As the Subject line suggests, I have a HP OMEN K5C63PA#ABG that I received in late November last year.
I beleive it may be just out of warranty but I have been unable to send this back in for repair until now as I was in the UK for the whole of November/early December for work. The issue presented itself prior to my trip out of the country.
My screen has become loose and moves around half an inch when upright, it has also has snap/clicking sound when you move or close the lid. Not really what I expect after what is just 12 months from a $4000 laptop.
Can someone please contact me to discuss the options avaialble.
Kind Regards
David

Call up support right away.
If it is in warranty when the case is made you'll be fine. 🙂 (Even if it goes out of warranty in the time it takes to get to the depot.)
