RECENTLY, I BOUGHT A HP OMEN LAPTOP FROM OFFICIAL HP ONLINE STORE. I AM FACING PROBLEM WITH MY SPEAKERS. MY SPEAKERS ARE FAULTY. MY SCREEN QUALITY IS POOR. MY LAPTOP PARTS MIGHT HAVE BEEN SWAPED DURING DELIVERY. I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMBER SUPPORTNUMBER WHICH WAS ON THE LAPTOP  WHICH IS :  [Personal Information Removed]WHEN I CALLED THIS NUMBER THE AUTOMATED  CALL ASKED ME TO CALL ANOTHER NUMBER . THEY ALSO GAVE ME A CASE NUMBER WHICH IS:  [Personal Information Removed]. I DONT KNOW IF I AM UNDER A SCAM .THE CALLER TOLD ME THAT THE DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) HAS BEEN INITIATED. I HAVE ZERO PERCENT HOPE. I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS FROM HP. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN HELP ME. MY LAPTOP  Capture.PNGCapture1.PNG

Welcome to the HP Support Community.  

 

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
