Product: HP OMEN - 16.1" Gaming Laptop - i7 11800H - RTX 3070 - 16GB Memory 1TB SSD

I've bought this renewed laptop a couple months ago and now it simply doesn't turn on. the screen is completely black, can't even access the BIOS. Someone told me that it could be a corrupted BIOS and I should download it to install again through a pendrive but I can't even find this notebook through the software center, might be due the fact it's made in china. has anyone heard of anything like this before?
