Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Crucial Ballistix BL2K8G32C16S4B 3200 MHz, DDR4, DRAM, 16 GB (8 GB x2), CL16 is full compatibility with my laptop? Will be working normally 3200MHz? I wont to avoid isue of  compatibility.

What is your HP OMEN en0014nw ?  Is it a 15" Omen ?  If yes you can use 2 pieces of the following RAM

 

              8 GB, DDR4-3200 part # L46598-001
