Hey I believe my omen 1054 has a corrupted cmos.  The caps lock does 2 fast 2 slow blinks.  It also gave me a cmos error and the screen just stays black.

 

I tried entering bios with windows + b and it didn’t work.

 

Then I tried to download the bios on my desktop PC so I can load it to a USB and try to load that on my laptop.  I get to the file Bios_Update.exe and when I run it it doesn’t do anything just hangs.  Can someone point me to what I have to do to load this on a flash drive so I can flash my laptop bios?

I was able to load them on an old windows 10 intel computer.  Maybe it’s a ryzen issue.
