Hello,
Few days ago I bought an Omen 15 Laptop. Here are the specs
CPU: i7-9750, GPU:1660ti, 16GB RAM
The issue is that it randomly freezes for 30-60 seconds. I can move the cursor but can't click. It does this on basic tasks, like browsing etc.
Please help!
Regards

Hello @ali_ahmed_brohi
What did you install that might be running in the background and causing the resources to be eaten up during the freeze? Sometimes that is the issue. You can open the Task Manager (Ctrl/Alt/Del) to access the Processes Tab.
You can also run the HP UEFI Diagnostics and see if its hardware related. Run the Extensive test for everything while plugged in to the power cord, just to rule out a possible hardware issue. HP How to use Diagnostics
But if you don't have anything running in the background and considering this is a brand new purchase from only a couple days ago, you might do best to simply run the HP Factory Recovery and reinstall Windows again. This sometimes happens to a new machine and the OS might be corrupt in some weird way. Most of the time this works and is faster than trying to troubleshoot the issue.
Recover the OS, then only update it via the Windows Update and Recovery menu. Try out the browser to see if it freezes again. IF not, then install what ever you have to, but only one by one and test it again before installing the next program.

Let me know if that helps.
