HP Omen 15 DC-0106tx Omen command centre not working

It was working fine until i updated my Command centre for windows store , now it just shows only 1 option of game stream and nothing else.

1) Yes i have  updated BIOS to version F.08.

2) Installed command centre sdk from HP's Official website.

3)My Omen Command Centre was version 8.0.x.x downloaded from playstore , reinstalled 3 times .

4)Formatted Once but no luck .

also how to get that key working which specifically open command centre using ( fn + omen key) ?

Help would be appreciated .

Hello @Abhijeet991 

Usually, you have to also go to Windows Updates and force it to look for updates. There are some HID files that can only be found this way.

Go to All Settings > Updates and Security and click on the Check for Updates button, even if it says its up to date.

Do this a few times until it doesnt find anymore. Then restart and try the OCC again.

Oh, and the latest version is 8.0.9.0.  Hope it helps.

Edit, almost forgot. The Omen Home Key not working is a glitch that HP hasnt fixed. I doubt they will at this point also.

I ended up creating a shortcut in the Task Bar for it instead.

Did you go to Services and see if HP Omen HSA Service is enabled?

It wasnt but then i enabled it but nothing happened

Updating to version 8.1.3.0 fixed it somehow ¯\_( ͠° ͟ʖ °͠ )_/¯

They have bee updating the OCC quite a bit lately. That version came out within the last week, and now there is already a newer version 8.2.0.0.  If 8.1.3.0 is working, the newer version should be ok also.

My command centre key is also working smh after updating to win 10 1909.
