my son dropped liquid on his laptop. I took it to my local repairs who told me "its water damage" !!!!!

They said they dried it out but still not working. Is there any other more experienced options ie repairing motherboard as i spent a fortune on this laptop.

I need a really ggod and reliable London based technician.

Thanks

@sandraf71 If you've got an accidental damage protection plan with HP for your device, the HP service center should be able to repair the device free of charge, if not, you may need to get the device repaired for a charge, please let me know if you've got a protection plan as such.

Meanwhile, I personally suggest you go through this link to remove the liquid content in an attempt to save the laptop without repairs: Click here

(The above link is 3rd party and is not owned by HP, I've posted this only so that I may help you resolve this issue by going beyond my support boundaries, please ignore the ads and take only the free suggestions)

I hope that answers your query,
