HP Omen 15 Laptop not showing up in Layout section of Omen Light Studio

Product: HP OMEN 15-ek0008ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
On Omen/HP website it says that I can customize the lighting on my OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0008ca. However when I tried doing that using the Omen Light Studio from the Omen Gaming Hub my laptop is not appearing in the layout area of the app.
