Product: HP OMEN 15-ek0008ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

On Omen/HP website it says that I can customize the lighting on my OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0008ca. However when I tried doing that using the Omen Light Studio from the Omen Gaming Hub my laptop is not appearing in the layout area of the app.

I do not see “LightStudioHelper” in the Task Scheduler at all, so not sure what to do..
