No. Mine sometimes turn on again, but then get gone.

I have the same issue. On closer inspection, I noticed that applying pressure around the a-key  ( so the key itself and pressing shift, caps, q, w, or s close to a ) makes my color turn off for varying times or sometimes with one color deactivated. Therefore I am pretty sure its a hardware issue. At least in my case. I don't know if there is a way to fix it without opening it.... Maybe your issue is different.
