Ever since buying this laptop (OMEN Laptop 15-en1013no), my laptop keeps occasionally restarting or blue screeing in the middle of games. This has happened before I added another NVME SSD. I've updated drivers and BIOS to the latest versions, but the problem still persists. When I check the Event Viewer, there's an "Event 41, Kernel Power" critical error always showing when the sudden restart or blue screen happens. Only thing I can think of is to reinstall W11.
How to fix this problem?
