I bought a hp omen 15 :- Ryzen 7 4800h , gtx 1650ti , 8gb ram
I installed cs go . I set all the settings to highest , 8xmsaa , anisotropic 16x , fxaa enabled.
I ended up getting 26-37 fps at 1080p. Is it normal for a gtx 1650ti to give such low frame rates?

@Ud99, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Have you tried playing any other games to check if the issue persists?
Is this happening while plugged into the AC or on battery only?
For now, let us try these steps:
Install updates using HP Support Assistant
- In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
- Check for updates.
- If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
Also, check for any pending windows update. Reboot the computer.
For more info, refer to - Improving Video Game Performance or FPS
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
