Omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day,

I am in a bad mood. I tried to turn on my laptop yesterday and it suddenly stop turning on. I left it with 10-20 percent of Battery and left home. After I came back and tried to switch it on nothing happened. I charged it on and the charging indicator did not light on as well. I have tried to hold the power button but nothing happened. It is almost 3 year's iaI using it without any troubles, it suddenly stopped to work. I have tried to change RAM wise a verse and still the same.

Could you please help me out?

Thanks.

@Yavarg93 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the HP Omen 15 is not turning on.

Perform the below steps:

If the computer does not start, the LED lights do not glow, and the display is black,

you can perform one or more of the following actions to resolve the no power issue:

(Click on the blue letters to get more details about each step)

  1. Examine the adapter and power cord for physical damage

  2. Test the power from the AC wall outlet to the notebook connector

  3. Start the computer using the battery only

  4. Check that the lid switch moves freely

  5. When you have completed the troubleshooting steps, there should be power available to the computer. When you press the power button, the LEDs should glow, and you should hear the sounds of the fan and the hard drive spinning.

@Yavarg93

I understand your concerns.

The issue seems to be the hardware part. I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

Have a nice day!!
