Product: HP Omen 15-dc0051nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this laptop for about 3 years now and when I first got it, it ran games much better than now. Most fps games I play have like 20 fps, even on the lowest settings possible to the point where I am very limited to the games I can play without lag. Even on high performance mode. I'm not low on storage so that isn't the problem... also I have 32gb of ram and I have to close alll other tabs open when playing a game. I have intel core i7 and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060. 

Another thing I wanted to add is my laptop battery is dead-- I have to have it plugged in or else it shuts off immediately. I don't know if this affects anything but I don't think it should? Any help is greatly appreciated
