Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F1AV)

So when i updated my bios on hp omen 15 Amd 5 5600H rtx3060, it started perfoming really badly in cpu heavy esports titles like league, valorant and csgo. Im getting fps drops from 180 to 90 for example. My current bios version is f.20. Any ideas how to get older bios version ?
