Microsoft Windows 11

I just recently got an Hp Omen 15 with AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics, 16GB memory and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti - 1TB SSD. I am wondering that even tho this is a 1080p laptop, if when I get back home, is this computer going to be able to output 1440p to my Omen 27i QHD monitor if connected via HDMI, and if so while I be able to take advantage of that monitors 165hz or would I be capped on Hz somewhere. I know this probably depends on having hdmi 2.0 but its a 2020 version and I believe the laptop has hdmi 2.0 I just want to know if I’ll be able to get my 1440p resolution and if I lowered the resolution, would I be able to go above the laptops 144hz to the monitors 165hz.
