Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community. I reviewed the case regarding issues with the computer. I will be delighted to assist you here.

Do a BIOS update, but if you have - pressing F5 will turn it back on.

However, If F5 does not resolve the issue, then make sure your OMEN is up to date using the HP Support document Using HP Support Assistant (Windows 😎.

You may also try this YouTube video for more details: Click here

I have a few links that should help you download and install the HP System Event Utility which should get you back up and illuminated in the right colors once the Omen Control is installed:

The link for the System Event Utility: Click here

Omen Controller: Click here

Keep me posted. 🙂

@farid654,

I am responding on behalf of @Barachiel as he is out for the day. It is great to have you back and your patience is greatly appreciated.

When was the last time the Omen key on the keyboard was working fine?

Meanwhile, I recommend you uninstall the keyboard driver from device manager and then restart the computer and check if it helps.

  1. Click Start, type Device Manager, and press Enter.
  2. Find and double-click the category of device whose driver you wish to uninstall (for example, the graphics card would be listed under Display Adapters).
  3. Right-click the device, and click Uninstall.
  4. Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click OK to remove the driver.
  5. After the uninstallation is complete, reboot your computer.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Thanks for trying. Please try uninstalling the OMEN Command Center and re-install it from the Microsoft Store. If the issue still persists, try doing a system restore -

1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F11 once for System Recovery.
4) Choose the Keyboard Layout.
5) Click on Troubleshoot.
6) Go to Recovery Manager and click on System Restore.
7) Choose a Restore point or a Restore date when the computer was working fine.
8) Click on OK to initialize the System Restore.

Let me know how that goes.
