- Create a Windows setup using HP Cloud Recovery Tool and have it written to <USB flash drive> type 2.0.
- Create a Windows setup using HP Cloud Recovery Tool and have it written to <USB flash drive> type 3.0.
- Use different USB sockets
- Please send pictures of < all > BIOS settings
( if serial number, device id, UUID, System Board CT Number is displayed, please blur )

Please follow instructions ...
(1) Change BIOS settings
Configuration:
Virtualization Technology (disabled, switch to left)
USB Charging (disabled, switch to left)
Boot Options:
POST HotKey Delay (sec) 5
Secure Boot (disabled, switch to left)
Boot Order:
(First) USB Flash Drive/USB Hard Disk
--->>> Save BIOS settings and exit
(2) Please reinstall your operating system !
You need another computer to prepare 2x <USB flash drive> to install windows
- Create a Windows setup using HP Cloud Recovery Tool and have it written to <USB flash drive> type 2.0.
- Create a Windows setup using HP Cloud Recovery Tool and have it written to <USB flash drive> type 3.0.

I changed the BIOS settings you suggested and the recovery tool actually worked! Right now Windows 10 is getting installed. I think Windows 11 is not quite ready to be the mainstream OS it seems. I'll come back after some time and report back. But everything seems to be going well. Fingers crossed!

I've decided to install a clean Windows 10 version and everything seems to be going well. I did have to install the Wi-Fi driver using a USB stick but other than that, everything is fine. Thank you for helping!
