HP Recommended

HP Omen 15 en-xxxxdx Laptop Freezing/Crashing frequently. I reinstalled OS and updated all the drivers from HP support and run all the diagnostic tests. All passed. But the laptop keeps freezing and crashing. Sometimes a mouse moving would cause freezing. I really appreciate advice and suggestions
