Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wd000 (7B9S2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

While using my Omen 16 (i7- 13620H RTX 4060 wd variant,), as soon as I connected the charger, my laptop suddenly shut down and wouldn't turn on, after few mins I heard a pop sound and my PC turned on. WHat do I do? Laptop battery seem to be fine, but now from 99% to 100% its takes about 20 mins to charge.

Hi @goutham-exe 

 

as it uses an adaptive battery that regulates itself according to the heat and use given, it might need 20 min to do the last %.
