HP Omen 17-W005NH X5X90EA#AKC Notebook hinge problem

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys,

Unfortunately, the problem reappears on the hinges of my notebook, even though the machine has been repaired once during the warranty period with the same problem. The hinges are pinched, the cover is damaged because of this, the screws can be moved, the screen part wobbles. Now that there is no longer valid guarantee must I repair the cover and the jammed, faulty hinges on my own? I can see on the internet that almost every this type of notebook owners has the same problem, so I think it could be a manufacturing defect that is not due to improper use. What can I do? I don't want to pay for the repair.

Thank you,

Best regards,

Gabor
